Reaction Steps
In a similar manner as described for example 58, 108 mg of [1-(5-carbamoyl-4-{(1R)-1-[2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethoxy}-2-thienyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-6-yl]methyl methanesulfonate and 197.3 mg of 1-(2-oxo-2-pyrrolidin-1-ylethyl)piperazine in 2.5 ml dichloromethane give the title compound.
