Reaction Steps

In a similar manner as described for example 44, 10.18 g of 5-[6-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}methyl)-3H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-3-yl]-3-{1-[2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethoxy}thiophene-2-carboxamide and 4.61 g of tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride (˜75% in H20) in 670 ml THF yield the title compound.
