Reaction Steps
In a similar manner as described for example A7, 14.1 g of methyl 5-[6-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}methyl)-3H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-3-yl]-3-{1-[2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethoxy}thiophene-2-carboxylate and 1.6 l of a saturated solution of ammonia in methanol yield the title compound.
