0.08 mL 1-bromo-3-isothiocyanato-propane and 305 mg sodium carbonate were added to 250 mg 2-(3,5-Bis-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-(1,2,4)triazol-1-yl)-1-piperazin-1-yl-ethanone in 5 mL chloroform. The reaction was stirred over night at 60° C. The reaction was filtered over silicagel and the solvent was evaporated. The residue was crystallized from diethylether to yield 206 mg of the desired compound. Rt: 1.17 min (method B), (M+H)+: 483
