The title compound was prepared from N,N-dimethyl-N'-t-butyloxycarbonyl-N'-(2-methoxy-5-nitrophenyl)ethylenediamine (D20, 0.50 g, 0.0015 mol) using the method of Description 2 (0.37 g, 80%).
