Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 2'-methyl-4'-(5-methyl-1,2,4oxadiazol-3-yl)biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid (EP 0533268 A1) and 3-(2-piperidin-1-ylethoxy)-4-methoxyaniline (D12) using a similar procedure to Example 1, as a light brown solid (30%) mp 96°-99° C.
