Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared from 2'-methyl-4'-(5-methyl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid (EP 0533268 A1) and 4-(3-dimethylaminopropoxy) aniline (D29) using a similar procedure to Example 20 (38%), as an off-white solid mp 162°-165° C.
