Reaction Steps
Using 1H-1,2,4-triazole (74 mg) and (2S)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-[(1R)-1-[6-methoxy-9(9H)-purinyl]ethyl]oxirane (183 mg), Compound 47 (171 mg) was obtained as colorless prisms by the same way as in Example 1.
