Reaction Steps
Using 1H-1,2,4-triazole (167 mg) and (2S)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-[(1R)-1-[6-methyl-9(9H)-purinyl]ethyl]oxirane (388 mg), Compound 48 (79 mg) was obtained as colorless prisms by the same way as in Exmaple 1.
