In a manner analogous to that of Example 5, the title compound was prepared from the Cbz amine from Example 3 and 8quinolinesulfonyl chloride: 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6 -DMSO) 9.94 (s, H), 9.12 (m, 1H), 8.49 (dd, 1H), 8.31 (dd, 1H), 8.24 (dd, 1H), 7.70 (m, 2H), 7.2-7.4 (m, 4H), 6.94 (d, 2H), 6.88 (d, 2H), 4.94 (s, 2H), 3.04 (m, 2H), 2.48 (t, 2H). FAB MS m/z 462 (M+1).
