Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (3S-trans)-4-amino-3,4-dihydro-3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H-1-benzopyran-6-carbonitrile (the title B compound of Example 1) and 4-phenyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carboxylic acid by the same method as described for the title compound of Example 2 to give a colorless solid, m.p. 185° C. (decomposed). [α]D =-26.2° (c=0.80, MeOH).
