The title compound was synthesized in essentially the same manner using the procedures as set forth in Step 2 of Example 1, by cyclizing 4-{3-[2-methyl-6-((2S,3′R)-2-methyl-[1,3′]bipyrrolidinyl-1′-yl)-pyridin-3-ylamino]-propyl}-piperidine-1,4-dicarboxylic acid 1-tert-butyl ester 4-ethyl ester (113 mg, 0.20 mmol) to obtain 20 mg (20% yield over two steps) of the title compound after flash column chromatography (5% 7N NH3 in MeOH/CH2Cl2).
