Reaction Steps
From 0.2 (0.65 mmol) of 6-(cis-4-amino-cyclohexyloxy)-7-methyl-2H-isoquinolin-1-one hydrochloride (138) and isobutyraldehyde were obtained analogous to example 139 151 mg of 6-(4-isobutylamino-cyclohexyloxy)-7-methyl-2H-isoquinolin-1-one. Rt=1.10 min (Method A). Detected mass: 329.20 (M+H+).
