Reaction Steps

A solution of 192 mg (0.63 mmol) of the compound from Example 40A in 5.7 ml of dichloromethane was admixed at RT with 100 μl (1.26 mmol) of ethyl isocyanate. The reaction mixture was stirred overnight at RT and then freed from the solvent on a rotary evaporator. The residue was taken up in DMSO and purified by preparative HPLC [Method 20]. The product fraction was freed from the solvents on a rotary evaporator. Drying of the residue in an HV gave 173 mg (73% of theory) of the title compound.
