3a-Aminohexahydro-2,5-methanopentalene-2-carboxamide (58 mg) and 5-(4-bromo-2-fluorobenzyl)-2-methoxy-6,6-dimethyl-5,6-dihydro-[1,4,3]oxathiazine 4,4-dioxide (110 mg) were dissolved in methylene chloride and stirred at 35° C. for 16 h. In the course of this, the solvent was evaporated. Purification was effected by preparative HPLC. This gave the product (84 mg) with a molecular weight of 528.5 g/mol (C22H27BrFN3O4S), MS (ESI): (M+H+) 529.5 g/mol.
