Reaction Steps
To the solution of Methyl-5-(5-chloro-2-hexyl-1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-3-(R)-methyl-5-oxopentanoate in iso-propanol and water was added lithium hydroxide monohydrate and was stirred at RT for three hours. The product was purified by column chromatography.
