The title product was prepared from (R)-2-((((9H-fluoren-9-yl)methoxy)carbonyl)amino)-3-(((R)-2,3-bis(dodecyloxy)propyl)thio)propanoic acid (1 eq, from example 20, step 5) and diethyl 3-(2-(2-aminoethoxy)ethoxy)-1,1-difluoropropylphosphonate hydrochloride (1.2 eq) by following the procedure described for example 19, step 4-6. 1H NMR (CDCl3): δ 9.15 (br s, 1H), 4.16 (br s, 1H), 3.48-3.77 (m, 9H), 3.34-3.48 (m, 4H), 3.07-3.17 (m, 2H), 2.93-3.07 (m, 2H), 2.67-2.82 (m, 2H), 2.25-2.41 (m, 2H), 1.62-1.71 (m, 2H), 1.45-1.60 (m, 4H), 1.04-1.35 (m, 36H), 0.87 (t, 6H). LRMS [M+H]=777.5.
