The title product was prepared from (R)-2-((((9H-fluoren-9-yl)methoxy)carbonyl)amino)-3-(((R)-2,3-bis(dodecyloxy)propyl)thio)propanoic acid (1 eq, from example 20, step 5) and (S)-diethyl (2-(2-(2-(2-aminopropoxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)ethyl)phosphonate (1.2 eq, from example 28, step 2) by following the procedure described for example 28, step 3-5.
