The title compound was prepared from 1-(4-amino-3-bromo-phenyl)-cyclopropanecarbonitrile (as prepared in this step) and 4,4-dimethylcyclohexen-1-yl boronic acid using the conditions described in Example 1, step (e). 1H NMR (CD3OD; 400 MHz): δ 6.95 (dd, 1H, J=8.2, 2.3 Hz), 6.88 (d, 1H, J=2.3 Hz,), 6.71 (d, 1H, J=8.2 Hz), 5.62 (m, 1H), 2.52-2.23 (m, 2H), 1.98-1.97 (m, 2H), 1.55-1.51 (m, 4H), 1.31-1.28 (m, 2H), 1.01 (s, 6H).
