Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared from {(S)-6-[(R)-7-fluoro-4-hydroxy-indan-1-yloxy]-2,3-dihydro-benzofuran-3-yl}-acetic acid methyl ester and 2-chloro-benzoxazole following a procedure analogous to that described for Intermediate 12; K2CO3 and acetonitrile are used as base and solvent, respectively, at room temperature. LC (method 4): tR=0.83 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=476 [M+H]+.
