Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared from {(S)-6-[(R)-7-fluoro-4-hydroxy-indan-1-yloxy]-2,3-dihydro-benzofuran-3-yl}-acetic acid methyl ester and 4-fluoro-2-trifluoromethyl-pyridine following a procedure analogous to that described for Intermediate 12. LC (method 2): tR=1.10 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=504 [M+H]+.
