Reaction Steps
The coupling of [(S)-4-(5-amino-2-fluoro-phenyl)-1,4,5,5-tetramethyl-6-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-pyrimidin-2-yl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (intermediate F2) and 1-methyl-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid followed by deprotection of the intermediate yielded the title compound as a colorless amorphous solid. MS (ESI): m/z=361.2 [M+H]+.
