Reaction Steps
Using ethyl 7-hydroxypyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxylate (4.35 g, 21.0 mmol) and 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-methylaniline (3.02 g, 18.9 mmol) instead of 4-fluoro-2-methylaniline, and in the same manner as in Example 1 step 1, the title compound (5.54 g, 76%) was obtained.
