The product from example 16 (90 mg, 0.16 mmol) was dissolved in THF (1.6 mL) with TEA (27 μL, 0.20 mmol) and then acetoxyacetyl chloride (19 μL, 0.18 mmol) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 30 min. It was then concentrated to give the title compound. tR: 1.24 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 649.3/651.2 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2).
