Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described for step E2 but using intermediate B and 2-methoxy-5-methylaniline. After completion, the reaction mixture was extracted with HCl and washed with a saturated NaHCO3 solution. The organic was dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated. The product was used without further purification. tR: 1.40 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 520.1/522.1 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2).
