Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Step 3 of EXAMPLE 2 using 3-(piperidin-4-ylmethoxy)-4-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yloxy)-1,2-benzisoxazole (EXAMPLE 27, Step 1) and methyl 4-formyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-carboxylate (EXAMPLE 18, Step 1) instead of 3-(piperidin-4-ylmethoxy)-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-1,2-benzisoxazole and methyl 1-formylcyclobutanecarboxylate.
