Synthesized according to the method of example 10 using 7-(2-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-6-yl)-4-{8-(methyloxy)-7-[(phenylmethyl)oxy]quinazolin-4-yl}-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,4-benzoxazepine (example 1) in step 1 and 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)-1-chloroethane in step 2. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO): 8.57 (s, 1H), 7.93 (s, 1H), 7.82 (m, 3H), 7.59 (d, 1H), 7.51 (d, 1H), 7.01 (d, 1H), 7.01 (d, 1H), 5.38 (br s, 2H), 4.61 (m, 4H), 4.45 (br s, 2H), 3.95 (br s, 2H), 3.72 (t, 2H), 2.90 (s, 6H), 2.77 (s, 3H); MS (EI) for C30H32N6O3: 525 (MH+).
