50ELH87 (0.05 g, 0.14 mmol, 1 eq.) was transferred to a 4 ml vial and dissolved in 1 ml of acetonitrile. Then, 1-(3-chloropropyl)-1,3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one (0.032 g, 1.1 eq.), sodium carbonate (0.022 g, 1.1 eq.) and KI (one crystal) were added and the vial was sealed and shaken for 20 h at 82° C. The mixture was extracted with distilled water (pH 10, sodium carbonate) and dichloromethane (3 times) the organic layers were dried with sodium sulfate and concentrated. The title compound was purified by HPLC and evaporated to dryness, forming a trifluoroacetic acid salt. Yield 8.8 mg (12%). UV/MS 100/100 (M+ 527), rt (A, MS) 2.851.
