A solution of N-(7-chloroquinolin-4-yl)-cyclohexane-1,4-diamine (20 mg, 0.07 mmol) in chloroform (0.5 mL) at 20° C. was treated with 4-chlorophenyl isocyanate (11 mg,0.07 mmol). The mixture was shaken at room temperature for 18 hours then concentrated under reduced pressure. The compound was purified by reverse phase HPLC to provide the desired compound. MS (ESI (+)) m/e 429 (M+H)+; 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO) δ ppm 8.55 (s, 1 H), 8.52 (d, 1 H), 8.45 (d, 1 H), 7.83 (s, 1 H), 7.57 (d, 1 H), 7.41 (d, 2 H), 7.26 (d, 2 H), 6.70 (s, 1 H), 6.31 (d, 1 H), 3.78 (s, 1 H), 3.71 (s, 1 H), 1.63-1.93 (m, 8 H).
