A mixture of 3-[2-(4-chloro-benzenesulfonylmethyl)-thiazol-4-yl]-7-trifluoromethyl-1H-quinolin-2-one (Example 103, 67 mg, 0.14 mmol), 0.5 mL of IPEA, and 0.1 g of Pd-C (10%) in anhydrous DMF (10 mL) was stirred under H2 overnight. The catalysts were filtered through Celite and the filtrate was concentrated. CH2Cl2 was added and precipitates were filtered, washed with MeOH, CH2Cl2 to afford the title compound as a tan solid. MS m/z: 451.2 (M+1).
