Procedure

This compound was prepared according to the procedure described for Example 8836(c) by employing 3-(2-bromo-acetyl)-7-methoxy-1H-quinolin-2-one (Example 8741, 250 mg, 0.84 mmol) and 2-amino-1,1-dimethyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)ethane-2-thione (Step b, 1.7 mL, 1.0 mmol) in 3.5 mL of anhydrous MeOH was heated at 120° C. for 3×5 min by microwave synthesizer. The reaction mixture was cooled to RT. The precipitates were collected by filtration and washed with MeOH and CH2Cl2 to provide the title compound as a white solid. MS m/z: 441 (M+1).
