Starting from 397 mg (0.93 mmol) N-(4-bromo-phenyl)-N-[2-(tert-butyl-dimethyl-silanyloxy)-ethyl]-2,2,2-trifluoro-acetamide and 220 mg (0.47 mmol) 2-methyl-propane-1-sulphonic acid 5-(2,4-diamino-pyrimidin-5-ylmethyl)-3-ethoxy-2-iodo-phenyl ester, 165 mg of the title compound are obtained as a pale beige foam after splitting off of the tert-butyl-dimethylsilanyl protective group under acid conditions (HCl/MeOH).
