Procedure
In a similar manner to Example 3(a), starting with 10 g (26.2 mmol) of 3-bromo-2-heptyloxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-5,5,8,8-tetramethylnaphthalene, 6.1 g (67%) of the expected boronic acid are obtained, with a melting point of 102-3° C.
Workup
- customare obtained, with a melting point of 102-3° C.
