Reaction Steps
To 6-(2-methoxypyridin-4-yl)-1-methyl-4-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenoxy)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine 118 (100 mg) in acetonitrile (1 mL) was added iodotrimethylsilane (140 μl). The resulting mixture was heated 3 h at 70° C. and purified by reverse phase HPLC to provide 120. MS (ESI) m/z 397.1 (M+1)+
