N-cyclopentyl-3-[(2-fluoro-4-iodophenyl)amino]isonicotinamide was synthesized according to the procedure for General Method 1, outlined above, starting with 0.45 mmol of 3-[(2-fluoro-4-iodophenyl)amino]isonicotinic acid (intermediate 1) and 0.57 mmol of cyclopentylamine.
