To N-(2-{[6-fluoro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-1H-indol-5-yl]oxy}ethyl)acetamide (Intermediate 30, 0.020 g, 0.053 mmol) in acetonitrile (20 mL) phosphoryl chloride (0.5 mL) was added and the reaction mixture was heated at 200° C. for 30 minutes in a microwave heater. The crude product was purified by preparative HPLC (XTerra C18, 50 mM NH4HCO3 pH 10-CH3CN) to give the title compound (1 mg). MS m/z 359 [M+H]+.
