Procedure

Following the procedure of Example 1, making variations only as required to use 4-(4-methoxyphenyl)butyric acid in place of 4-methylpentanoic acid to react with [4-(6-aminopyridazin-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl](2-trifluoromethylphenyl)-methanone, the title compound was obtained as a white powder (20% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 9.14, 8.29, 7.67, 7.55, 7.49, 7.30, 7.01, 6.98, 6.73, 3.95-3.91, 3.86-3.81, 3.70, 3.61-3.55, 3.48-3.45, 3.26-3.24, 2.57, 2.45, 1.96.
