Compound 48 was prepared according to the procedure described for the synthesis of compound 37 by replacing intermediate 19 with intermediate 15, and replacing tert-leucine methylamide with tert-leucinol. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 7.48-7.53 (m, 1H), 7.33-7.38 (m, 2H), 7.18-7.22 (m, 1H), 3.92-3.95 (m, 1H), 3.78-3.83 (m, 1H), 3.64-3.68 (m, 1H), 3.57 (s, 2H), 3.20 (m, 2H), 2.72-2.79 (m, 2H), 2.53 (s, 3H), 1.02 (s, 9H). LCMS (+ESI) m/z=393.2 [M+H]+.
