Reaction Steps

Compound 63 was prepared according to the procedure described for the synthesis of compound 28 by replacing tetrahydro-4H-pyran-4-one with 1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]decan-8-one in the synthesis of intermediate 16. LCMS (+ESI) m/z=463.2 [M+H]+.
