Reaction Steps
The compound of example 1f was treated with 4-hydroxy-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid benzyl ester in the presence of DCC as described in the procedure of example 5a to obtain the title compound. The crude material was purified using flash chromatography (silica gel, 5% CH3CN in chloroform). Yield, 73%; analysis: C28H34N2O8 requires: C, 63.87; H, 6.51; N, 5.32. found: C, 64.13; H, 6.78; N, 5.02%.
