1-[(4S,5R)-4,5-Bis-(4-bromo-phenyl)-2-(4-tert-butyl-2-ethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl]-[1,4]diazepan-5-one was prepared from (4S,5R)-4,5-bis-(4-bromo-phenyl)-2-(4-tert-butyl-2-ethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride (example 12b) and [1,4]diazepan-5-one (Oakwood Products) in an analogous manner as described in example 25.
