1-[(4S,5R)-2-(4-tert-Butyl-2,5-diethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl]-[1,4]diazepan-5-one hydrochloride was prepared from (4S,5R)-2-(4-tert-butyl-2,5-diethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride (example 12f) and [1,4]diazepan-5-one (Oakwood Products) in an analogous manner as described in example 25.
