2-{4-[(4S,5R)-2-(4-tert-Butyl-2-ethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl]-[1,4]diazepan-1-yl}-1-morpholin-4-yl-ethanone hydrochloride was prepared from (4S,5R)-2-(4-tert-butyl-2-ethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride (example 11) and 2-[1,4]diazepan-1-yl-1-morpholin-4-yl-ethanone (example 20a) in an analogous manner as described in example 25.
