4-[(4S,5R)-2-[4-tert-Butyl-2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-phenyl]-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl]-piperazin-2-one was prepared from (4S,5R)-2-[4-tert-butyl-2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-phenyl]-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride (example 12l) and 2-piperazinone (Avocado Organics) in an analogous manner as described in example 25.
