Reaction Steps
To a solution of the compound prepared in Example 51 (250 mg) in methanol (12 mL) was added 10% hydrochloric acid-methanol solution (3 mL) and added 10% palladium/carbon (50 mg, 25% wt) subsequently. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 5 hours under an atmosphere of hydrogen. The reaction mixture was filtered through Celite (trade name). The filtrate was concentrated and dried to give the title compound (281 mg) having the following physical data. MS (APCI, Pos, 20V): 371 (M+H)30.
