2-(2-((tert-Butyldimethylsilyloxy)methyl)phenylamino)-9-(2-methoxyphenyl)-8-oxo-8,9-dihydro-7H-purine-6-carboxamide. Ethyl 2-(2-((tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy)methyl)phenyl-amino)-9-(2-methoxyphenyl)-8-oxo-8,9-dihydro-7H-purine-6-carboxylate (0.190 g, 3.97 mmol) was dissolved in methanol (15 mL) and saturated with ammonia gas according to General Procedure G. After 16 h, the solution was condensed under reduced pressure to afford the title compound (0.150 g, 90%). MS (ESI) m/z 521.6. [M+1]+.
