Tetrabutylammonium fluoride (1.0 M in THF, 1.0 ml, 1.0 mmol) was added, at room temperature, to a tetrahydrofuran solution (7.0 ml) of Compound 42 (173.6 mg, 0.244 mmol), and the mixture was stirred for 25 minutes at room temperature. The reaction mixture was distilled under reduced pressure, and the resulting crude product was purified by silica gel column chromatography (CHCl3-MeOH, 15:1) to obtain a white powder, Compound 43 (115.4 mg, 0.244 mmol, quant.).
