The title compound is prepared in analogy to Example 3 starting from 2-cyclohexyl-6-methoxy-isonicotinic acid, 3-chloro-4,N-dihydroxy-5-methyl-benzamidine and (S)-3-chloro-1,2-propanediol; LC-MS**: tR=1.01 min, [M+H]+=473.95; 1H NMR (CDCl3): δ: 8.08 (s, 1H), 7.94 (s, 1H), 7.48 (s, 1H), 7.30 (s, 1H), 4.18 (m, 1H), 4.10-4.14 (m, 2H), 4.03 (s, 3H), 3.84-3.95 (m, 2H), 2.84 (s br, 1H), 2.69-2.80 (m, 1H), 2.45 (s, 3H), 1.99-2.13 (m, 2H), 1.86-1.96 (m, 2H), 1.76-1.84 (m, 1H), 1.15-1.68 (m, 6H).
