Reaction Steps
Using the method described in Example 13, 2-butyl-5-(hydroxymethyl)-4-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)imidazole-5-carboxylate (Example 29) and N-triphenylmethyl-5-[4'-(bromomethyl)biphenyl-2-yl]tetrazole (Example 12) are reacted and deprotected to give the title compound.
