Reaction Steps
To 3-(3-Benzyloxy-2,6-difluoro-benzyl)-5-pyridin-3-yl-1-triisopropylsilanyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine (548, 510.0 mg, 0.87 mmol) in methanol (20.0 mL) was added 20% Pd(OH)2/C (50 mg). The reaction was stirred under an atmosphere of hydrogen for 2 hours. Filtration and concentration gave the compound as white solid (549, 427 mg, 99%).
